Well, we ve turned them into granola that s every bit as delicious (if not more so), as well as gluten free. In this, arguably our most unique granola flavor, we baked 100% gluten-free oats with butter, brown sugar, cinnamon and vanilla; stirred in some heart-healthy golden flax seed and macadamia nuts; and then added white chocolate chips for just the right amount of creamy texture.
